What file format do you need for my logo?
We can work with a PDF, PNG, JPEG, or a Photoshop or Illustrator file. When it comes to PNG, PDF, or JPEG, we ask for 300ppi, or the highest resolution possible.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order; you can order 1 or 100. The difference is that the more you order, the cheaper it is. For embroidery, we need to digitize and set up the design before we start embroidering, and that cost should be included.
How long does it take?
Depends on the order; usually the turn around for DTF is one day, sometimes the same day. Embroidery takes a bit longer because of digitizing and setup, but it also depends on how big the order is. If it is one hat, maybe from one day to the next; if it is a dozen or so, maybe 3 or 4 days. Feel free to ask about a specific order.
Can you embroider on items I bring in?
Depending on the type of material, we will need to see the item first before committing to any job.
